What is included in a home inspection?

A home inspection is a visual assessment of the structure's systems and components, providing a detailed report on its condition. We are looking at the home as a whole, and will refer you to specialists for any defects found. Included in our TREC licensed inspection is an evaluation of the roof, exterior, foundation, plumbing, electrical, and interior. 

How long does a typical inspection take?
The duration of an inspection may vary based on the property's size and complexity, typically ranging from 2 to 4 hours for a standard home.

Do I need to be present during the inspection?

Not at all, though we welcome the chance to meet you! You are welcome to attend for a Q & A after we have completed our assessment of your home. However, if you cannot be present at the time you schedule us to come by (we are all busy people), we are happy to call you with results afterward, or answer any questions you have once you've reviewed the finalized report.
